I have been experiencing high volume of fake abandon checkout in my store. Thanks to Shopify Sidekick by analyzing my problem and introducing this app "MD Fraud Filter Bot Protection." Successfully installed this app with the help of Shopify Sidekick.

I have spoken to Chargeflow Chat Support Agent, Cassandra. She did a good job explaining to me all my queries and allaying my fear and concerns about accessing to personal datas in my store. This Chargeflow is introduced by a Youtuber, which I have trust in his recommendation. At least, after today's conversation with Cassandra, I have a better understanding of how their system works. Also, thanks to Mariane from Chargeflow, who has also assisted in clarifying some queries of mine.

Simple to install and set up. Yes, I was recommended by Youtuber I watched. I will recommend to others too.

So far, I am happy using Judge.me app. Very efficient in responding to my request and easily settled my issue. I am a rookie myself, will learn and upgrade further to better improve my own store.

Glad to have migrated to Dsers. Noticed that Dsers has made further improvements in the app to ease my work in many ways. Supplier optimizer is also a very helpful feature. Very quick response to my queries and very detailed in resolving my queries. For me, I give 5 stars.
