All my badges have disappeared from my account and when tried to create and save new ones it does not work or save what I have changed. Have tried to reach out to support a few times as to why they have disapperared and why when creating new ones they do not save my custom badges, each time get told they are looking into it. Now have to find an App and create them all again

After having a few issues with the App, the support have been supportive in assisting getting these resolved and liaising with their development team and keeping me updated when each issue has been fixed. There a couple more improvements needed to the App which they are looking into. Will update agin when all issues have been resolved.

Amazing App and Amazing Support from Anna to help integrate the App and assist with importing existing customers and their existing reward points. Anna was very friendly and kept me informed all the way with whats happening. Looking forward to using the App and increasing customer sales. Thanks
