Labeler: Product Labels Badges

I had an issue with the setup and expected a usual turn around of atleast 24 hours but the team was quick enough to resolve it within an hour. Really appreciate the support & the ease of use.

Love this app, it's been very useful for our store. Had a small issue with a badge not removing after it was no longer needed and Adhil PS responded very quickly to our request and sorted it in minutes so everything is working as it should again. Spot on customer service

This app has great customization and options for product badges and product banners compared to what's out there. They helped me out with a bug and got it fixed as fast as they could – They were very diligent! The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because it can be a bit difficult to position the banners from the app alone: I end up having to save the banner and switch tabs to my actual store page then refresh to see how the badge is actually positioned, which is a bit tedious. Though, this becomes less of an issue after you get it right as you can just copy the banner and edit from there. This could just be because of the theme I have on my store, this may not be the case for other themes. Would recommend!

Great Customer Support on this badging app. I have a custom theme, at first my made badge did not sho/display. I contacted them, the next day they had edited their app to work perfectly w my Theme. I had noticed an issue where Labels - like NEW PRODUCT and BEST SELLER were not showing up on collection pages - Product pages were showing the labels, but Collection pages a few were missing. The app accomplishes exactly what I needed it to. Tried several solutions to code onto my website but was unable to. App was able to implement custom badges immediately.

I love this app, it does what it says 'on the tin' ... very useful for accentuating pretty much any listing in any way you want with their own templates and you can import your own designs too which is even better so you can keep in line with your stores image. Doesn't work with 2.0 theme savor

My labels showed up twice on the same products, which looked bad. Not happy with support. Emailed multiple times but didn't get a response in weeks. Up your game!

It's a very usefull app and with great plans, even the free plan is very complet. The team is also very helpfull and quick. It's very simple to make and personalize badges for the products.

I wanted to test this app to try to find suitable ways to label/badge my products. While trying to design my own ones and upload them in the app, I could not upload more than 2 different files and could not delete the already uploaded ones that I wanted to change.. I reached out to the support and they directly updated the free version to allow users to delete uploaded badges. Thanks! I´m now using the badges to highlight my products.

Easy to set up labels and customise them. I like that I can choose which products each label shows up on and they look neat and professional. Support was very helpful and quick to fix a small issue I had with one of my labels showing up on the wrong product.

Great app that sticks out from the rest with it's many options for customizing text, appearance and placement of your badges and labels. It offers a wealth of possibilities to apply a badge or label only to specific products either by choosing individually or in bulk based on tags, stock level, price, group, vendor, age of product, etc. Best of all - you can even choose to show a badge or label only for specific variants of a product!

Great app. Simple to use. The support team are blisteringly fast at sorting out any (extremely rare) issues. I use simple CTA badges under the product title, which have proved to be very effective. Also useful for 'urgency' prompts on product images. 10/10.

The app is good! It works and its free (at some point). Support system is not the best for issues you may have, but when you can reach them and talk with them, they act with professionalism and solve your issues.

Perfect for what we wanted it for and when we had initial issues setting it up the team were on the case and had it sorted within 48hrs. Couldn't ask for more.

We had an issue about the labels not showing up and other labels displaying despite being disabled. We reached for support and in less than 24 hours they were able to fix the issue and emailed us right away. Awesome!

All my badges have disappeared from my account and when tried to create and save new ones it does not work or save what I have changed. Have tried to reach out to support a few times as to why they have disapperared and why when creating new ones they do not save my custom badges, each time get told they are looking into it. Now have to find an App and create them all again
