Besides the app that has so much more functionalities as another app I tried before, the support is 6 stars! First set up was done by David in minutes and from there I had many questions about all kind of (in)directly related issues that David kept answering patiently. The app pulls in my manual translations (WeGlot) instead of automatic translations which is crucial for our products: www.hussh-cradles.com. And you can slowly built up the number of languages while upgrading your account at the same time step by step. Saves money and stress. So, thanks a lot David and stay tuned for more help-requests from my side ;-)

I changed from Langify to WeGlot, mainly because finding translations to edit in Langify was a drag. WeGlot also offers an Online Editor which is the best for small edits. The dashboard is really simple and efficient. I did encounter problems but the WeGlot team responded quickly during office hours. Moreover in time they have been doing great work in making the app even more user-friendly. It took a lot of time to switch as I was also switching themes at the same moment but once settled in it is such a relief to have WeGlot. WOW!! This app and even more this team is something else.... The app offers more features than the earlier app I had (now on free plan) and you can change so many settings to your personal wishes. But I want to highlight YUSUF (and team) for their endless and always kind help with my 1000 wishes/questions from stupid to even more stupid ;-). Response time within a minute, day and night it seems. Totally out of the ordinary. I had many detailed customisation wishes that were implemented in seconds. They imported my older reviews, made my translation app work for their app etc etc etc. And their english is outstanding. It's been a pleasure. If I could rate them 10 stars I would without a doubt. Best service ever. We were setting up a new theme but the currency converter wasn't displayed. Our own developer told us he couldn't find the cause and the theme developers should fix it. So we reached out to the theme developers who told us to delete ALL apps to determine what app was causing this problem, or start with a fresh theme and install all apps one by one.... just imagine the work.... . So we reached out to MLveda from the currency app and they fixed it in no time including a good matching design with the theme. Thank you Ankit, you're the best!

This company goes all the way! We wanted to use this app but have a multilanguage website. Selly promised to add this feature within 2 weeks and delivered exactly at the date they promised. Of course the feature didn't work seamless at once but Selly responded to my problems/questions within minutes or hours (even in the weekend) and at this moment it looks everything is working as it should. So hats of for Selly! Thanks guys!
