We switched to Kno after years or using another dated post-purchase survey app. Our completion rate increased and the data we are gathering is so much more useful. We are able to use it to make realtime advertising, marketing and brand decisions. Additionally, the team at Kno is super helpful. They are great to work with and made the setup process seamless. I cannot recommend them enough.

The GovX app is incredibly easy to install, implement and use. It works seamlessly if you have an existing Shopify store and flow. We have been able to entirely eliminate making one off discount codes. Their support and customer service is also awesome. I would highly recommend!

Postscript has a fairly robust segmentation tool that allows you to use Shopify properties to create different target segments. I needed to exclude a subset of my segment and worked with a great Customer Experience Advocate to apply some manual workarounds and get things done (thank you Michael!). I can't speak highly enough of my customer service experience, which I consider equally important as Postscript's native features and functionality.
