We need localized features on the app (at least multiple language support for the welcome message on the chatbox)

Loox c'est top, je le recommande. Facile à utiliser, ils répondent rapidement, le service est bien. Mais il y a une traduction FR de base qui vraiment est problématique. Il devrait y avoir une pop-up qui nous demande de personnaliser nos mail avant d'envoyer quoi que ce soit.
