She's Birdie

There was a few times within the last year that Shopify’s checkout was out and our sales per hour went from the thousands to zero. Unfortunately, we weren’t aware of the outage until we checked sales that night, but we had already spent the ad dollars. Uptime is super easy to implement and use and having it installed gives me so much peace of mind. We’ve gotten many notifications of potential outages and have been able to check if our store has been affected right away. The ROI of saved marketing dollars is a complete no brainer and would recommend that all merchants install Uptime on their store!

We were using another post purchase survey tool for the past year and a half and I can honestly say that not switching to Kno 18 months ago has been one of my biggest mistakes that I’ve made. With Kno, there is just so much more data and insights that I have access to and can take action on. It has helped unmuddy attribution which has been especially valuable since iOS 14. We’ve also learned about who our customer is buying for, which has helped us craft our marketing creative and copy to different cohorts of people. This is one of the best value apps that I’ve ever used on Shopify.

We have over 4k active coupon codes between brand ambassadors, promos, etc. I could see that some of these codes were getting leaked onto deal and coupon sites and it was costing us 5 figures in profit per month. Since installing Vigilance, we've saved thousands and thousands of dollars from leaked codes being blocked. It was super easy to set up and the app paid for itself literally in the first day. If you have any affiliate or influencer programs set up, you absolutely NEED to use this app.

This is the best quiz app we've used! It's helped us capture more leads and increase site revenue that is definitely incremental. 11/10!
