Had an issue with our Quiz and reached out to Support (Luke) and we've been making a number of changes to our Quiz and after working through the issue, he was able to fix it and get us back and running! Great one-on-one communication was great. Thanks Luke!

This app had been a game changer for my skincare store. Recently, I have been unable to access customer data. I have made several attempts to contact them in the last 2 months but they have not replied any of my emails. Sadly, I would have to delete the app after nearly 2 years of delivering great results. Update I was contacted and made aware that they had not received any of my numerous emails. The issue was promptly rectified and in addition my account has been credited with 2 months subscription. I love the design of this app and I felt the pricing was better than other quiz apps, I meant to migrate over to this app from another but the recommendation algorithms don't seem to work very well and it was just too much of a hassle in the end to set it up properly. I'd give 3 stars, it probably would work well for simpler quizzes with straightforward responses, but I gave 2 because we were charged $45 for the app even though we had no completions(never went live). I am surprised no one reported how buggy this app is. The first time I created a quiz, it won't show me any product recommendations. The second time, I created works fine. But as soon as I move around the questions, the problem started showing up again. It seems like you have to plan everything from the very start, anytime you want to make changes then the app starts acting weird. Am I really the only one that has these problems? I installed after seeing the free forever pricing structure within the app store and your pricing matrix- which works for my store right now. then after installing the app, it reverted to a pricing only model of $35/monthly. We chose this app based on the reviews so we wanted to leave one for other entrepreneurs. The quiz is extremely helpful for gathering data so that we can recommend specific products to our customers. It also integrates with our email software and SMS. As it is a niche product and we have different types of boards, it is common to find people who want to get an electric skateboard but don't know how to start. With Preehook, we are able to provide a personalised product recommendation and get more sales. UI: It is very simple to use. It was easy to set up the quiz and adjust it according to our needs. I used this app as a quiz/selection tool to filter my apparel items on the site for customers and it is PERFECT! There were a few technical problems at first but the team worked really hard at resolving the issue and they did with consistent communication. They even followed up when I forgot to respond. I highly recommend this app!

I'm using Prehook as a lead funnel and WOW does it perform! It can be a little tricky/time consuming to set up, however Gen and team have been absolutely incredible with customer service and have helped me perfect my quiz, so don't be afraid to reach out if you get stuck. I am really happy with this app I love the ease of use and the integration w/ Klaviyo. I have tried many other quiz apps and not succeeded in making them work with my site, as well as being able to sync to klaviyo. I had an question with my quiz and Gen helped me troubleshoot it immediately. He also followed up with me the next day to test everything and make sure it was working properly. (I'm on the free version which is crazy, I have never had hands on support like this when using a free version of an app) I saw they are working on even more integrations and features so I am excited to see how powerful this tool ends up being. As of now everything works great and I have already told multiple colleague to download it.
