Benson from German Drop has outstanding customer service skills. I've gone through a lot of suppliers and was unhappy with them all until I found Benson. I've been working with him for a few weeks now but I feel like I've known him for a few years. He makes me feel special and he does whatever he can to help me and my customers get the best pricing. I am going to go through my store and map some more of my products to their platform if they continue to be less than their competitors. I was trying to find products at reduced prices and within minutes they found everything I needed. They saved me a lot of money.
