So far this app has been easy to use and has been able to accomplish everything that I need it to. Also their customer support has been fantastic. Shoutout to Judith for the quick and efficient help with a super friendly attitude.

I am in the process of exploring several preorder apps to figure out which one will work best for me and my shop. After exploring the app a bit, I had some questions and Hassan answered my questions quickly and thoroughly. The app is intuitive and so far seems to have all of the features that I need.
