Great addition to Shopify's reviews app. Love the ability to automate customer review emails and receive them all through email. Definitely a huge help with customer retention.

I have used tawk.to for years now on WordPress sites and was glad to see they had an app for Shopify. tawk.to is better than most paid live chat clients I have used. Easy installation and does what it says.

Very happy with Klaviyo. Easiest app we have found to customize Shopify's default emails. It also has a lot of great preconfigured list segments and tools for drip campaigns and abandoned cart emails.

Great app, could use some more customizable options.
