Great review app. Very easy to setup. I haven't needed customer service yet, which is a glowing testament to how easy this app is to set up and start using.
We've been using Klaviyo for years. The ROI for our business is incredible.

Excellent, easy to install app. The customer support is fantastic also.
We recently switched from BigCommerce to Shopify. These types of apps are VERY expensive and not very useful on BigCommerce. In the short time I've been using Bird, it is infinitely better than any BOPIS app on BigCommerce and the customer service is absolutely wonderful. Fantastic, affordable app!
