Issues : Need to get support for linking all the eBay products, product export takes way too long, 11mins each time and they talk about export slots.!! I wouldn't recommend unfortunately! Easy to understand the app and other features however product export process, what products been exported very difficult to identify. Product classifications has to be done in Shopefy which is cumbersome! Customer support - just replied to first two emails and then no news from them.

Regarding the export: products are processed in batches to ensure reliable communication with eBay and to stay within eBay's API limits. The app itself does not limit how many products you can export. We're also happy to help you link your existing eBay listings and review your setup with you. Been a customer since 2025 and I know how well they handle customer inquiries. In two occasions they provided their services at no extra cost which is remarkable. Product sync and all the functionalities work as expected and I didn't find any other issues with their App. Most of the other integration Apps having so many issues and I find this really well established and even their packages are affordable as well. I highly recommend their service to everyone who uses integration services on day to day basis. Cheers!

It is not working at all; I tried 3 times and followed all the steps, and all the results were the same: The app is showing that products are published, but the Ad Centre feed is empty, and I have 0 products on the feed created by the App. What is worst I wrote to support and no response. So it seems to be another dead App. I improved my rating after finally, I got some responses. Let's see how things are going, as there is still a lot of miscommunication. I reckon some messages were lost, and this is bad as a communication channel is not working well for that app.

Thanks for the review guys! 1. In your initial support ticket you flagged that the error was with Microsoft, not us. 2. Your initial message came in at 2am. We responded at 6am. You did not respond to that. 3. After leaving this untruthful review you proceeded to email us unprofessionally. Look I can understand how frustrating it must be to try to get this to work, miss our response and then not succeed. If you respond to any of our messages we'd be happy to help you make this work.
As a beginner in the world of Shopify, I found the app to be a very useful tool. Despite being small in size, it offers a powerful and responsive email campaign creation feature. The best part is that it is not too expensive, which is definitely a plus.
