I came from another app that was down all the time. This one has been working flawlessly.
So good and easy to follow. Krishna wads great and got me up and running in just a few clicks.
Helped clear up a lot of confusion with the app, lots of features and easy to use.
Been a customer since 2025 and I know how well they handle customer inquiries. In two occasions they provided their services at no extra cost which is remarkable. Product sync and all the functionalities work as expected and I didn't find any other issues with their App. Most of the other integration Apps having so many issues and I find this really well established and even their packages are affordable as well. I highly recommend their service to everyone who uses integration services on day to day basis. Cheers!
"You're not allowed to have X amount of variants in category Y!" This is causing way too many errors between Shopify and eBay. Makes it difficult to list items. In my personal opinion, and please don't take offense, but adding product variants — especially from established manufacturers/vendors — is industry standard. So eBay is way too hostile to listings... Either catch up with the retailing industry or go back to being a obscure home seller/auctioneer website.
great experience and great help from hem. Thank you happy so far:)
The ebay app works well and their customer support is quick and super helpful
brilliant app. The ability to create different profiles for different uplift on specific product categories and ranges is a game changer. really intuitive to use once you get your head round it!
I'm still learning the benefits of this App, but so far it appears to be superb. Even better is the support. responses times are brilliant, and willingness to advise and support fantastic.
Support is great, sync appears to be pretty flawless. Hopefully it continues to work well.

I'd been struggling to add more products to my listings and reached out to support. Hem sorted it straight away, he understood my issue immediately, was quick to respond and really polite throughout. He increased my limit by 5,000 products, which means I can now showcase my full Shopify catalogue on eBay. Brilliant service, thanks Hem!

Very good integration for getting onto ebay quickly. Very easy to sync product listings and orders, lots of options to get the configuration right any make sure we're sending the data that ebay needs mapped to the correct fields. Support is fantastic, shout out to Pratik for spending an hour with me troubleshooting issues I had with a couple of listings. Very fair pricing plans too. Would definitely recommend this.

This discussion covered everything i wanted and was usefull. It is worth having an integratiion session like this as it is quite complex to work out by yourself. Good service and I am confident going forwards now.

Excellent service from Ronex , very helpful and very patient
The call was great and helped us use the platform more strategically. The application has helped increase our sales from what we were using prior. The customer support was very helpful in providing information. If not known initially they were good at getting the information and providing the answers. Look. Forward to expanding and integrating more in the future.
Fantastic Support, very fast reply enabling us to get on with set up
Support was quick and helped me with my issue practically no questions asked, now to wait and see if I get any bites on eBay. I like the profiles settings and that you can have it automatically change inventory which is great for people that 3d print stuff like me, as well as it will allow you to increase the price on everything to help cover eBay fees. So hopefully this will help me land some sales!
The app is very good to build the credibility, you can trust on the people who come to help you via chat, they are able and happy to help you.
Shreya was absolutely amazing and clarified all questions I had.
We've been using the shopify app now for a couple months. We've found the company is very good about closing gaps and provides excellent support. Overall, we're very happy with the company and are exploring their other shopify apps based on the positive experience.
