I honestly can’t say enough good things about Breezy File and the team behind it. Sales tax has always been one of those necessary-but-not-exactly-fun parts of running a business, and finding Breezy File has been a huge relief. Matt and his team have been absolutely wonderful to work with. They were able to jump right in and take over my complete Sales & Use tax filing process from start to finish, making sure everything was handled properly and on time. Even better, they continue to manage the future filings, so sales tax is one less thing I have to constantly worry about or keep track of myself. One of the things I appreciate most is that they don't just handle the filings—they also keep an eye on things and let me know when I've reached a new jurisdiction where I may need to start collecting sales tax. That kind of proactive communication is incredibly valuable, especially when you're running a small business and already have a million other things on your plate. And then there’s Matt. He's the best! He is incredibly responsive, helpful, and always willing to answer my questions or walk me through something when I need clarification. I never feel like I'm bothering him, which is a big deal when you're dealing with something as confusing as sales tax. Breezy File has taken something that used to be a source of stress and turned it into something I barely have to think about anymore. They manage the process, keep me informed, and make sure things continue to get taken care of going forward. I highly recommend Breezy File to any Shopify business owner who wants to take sales tax off their plate. Five stars all the way!

I've been using this app for over year and I'm very pleased with it. I had some questions about upgrading my plan and Allen has been very helpful via chat support.

So far so good, I'm in the middle of set up but am finding it to be a lot more user friendly that the last one I tried. Seems to be a very easy to use interface.

This app is great for increasing upselling items in your store. After speaking with Rasheem and Lassandra, we were able to customize the app to fit in beautifully with the rest of my shop design. Very happy with the results!

I contacted the developer because I needed a profit with shipping cost report that I was not able to generate through shopify. I was immediately contacted by Sam at Report Toaster who offered to assist with my custom report, adding my actual shipping cost as opposed to my billed shipping costs. He offered solutions going forward as well with regard to integrating the shipping info from the app that I use for shipping (not shopify shipping). Sam has been very responsive and professional and I recommend this app very highly!

I've only had the app for a short time, and already I've made back some revenue using the abandoned cart function. I'm in the middle of setting up my push notifications and I'm really enjoying using this app!
