Definitely a good app to have to increase AOV. 24/7 customer support is a big W as well. Only downside is you can only have the Insured Shipping on the cart page. You need to have a Shopify Plus plan to be able to add it to the checkout page - meaning many customers will not see it as they go straight to checkout.
DSers is a great app to be using - its simple and straight forward and has wonderful customer service. I had the pleasure of Blanca helping me today and went by smooth as usual.
