Must-have app. Anyone who has run a site for any length of time knows Shopify's native search is atrocious. InstantSearch does exactly what it says it will, is easy to install and customize, and the support is fabulous. These days sites without predictive search seem outdated, so it instantly modernizes your site. No site should be without this app.

I'll echo what's already been said both about the app and the service. We migrated from a different platform and had been running a successful registry for more that 4 years, so we were definitely nervous about both the new platform and new registry. But all our concerns were put to rest almost immediately. From the moment we made the switch we started getting orders off of existing registries, as well as new registries being created. It's hard to say enough about the service Adam provided in getting us launched. He's incredibly responsive at seemingly all hours of the day. He was very receptive about potential new features, and addressed issues that arose almost immediately. It really makes using the app that much nicer knowing there are good people on the other end. One thing that hopefully will be addressed going forward: We have some customers who create registries on a clipboard by walking around our store, then we will set the registries up on the site for them. When adding products to a registry from the back end, you have to know the variant ID, which can be a little tedious to find. It would be nice to be able to add those with a regular product search. Still, Gift Reggie should be installed by everyone interested in boosting their ecommerce business. Great app, great service.

This app is amazing. It has 3 pulldowns, and within each pulldown there are price variations. It handles the calculations perfectly while letting the customer know in real time what the additional costs are going to be. We have 7 or 8 such complex products on our site, including this one with more than 2,700 variants http://www.shoptadpole.com/products/monte-design-luca-glider and Product Options has dealt with them all. One thing to keep in mind: Product Options doesn't create the same kind of variant IDs as ones created natively in Shopify, so if you use any apps that call on variant IDs (like Gift Reggie, for example) they don't know how to handle the different selections and will only recognize the default variant. The developer at Gift Reggie is working on a solution, and I'm sure there are solutions for other such apps, but just be aware that you will probably need to involve a good developer to handle those situations. Still, I can't say enough about this app. Don't let Shopify's 100 variant limit scare you, you can pretty much do whatever you want with Product Options.
