The syncX:Stock Sync team have been immensely helpful when I had questions. They got back to me quickly with answers and were very friendly and professional. Overall Stock Sync 'just works' in the background. It's a great app and provides a great deal of functionality and removes lots of otherwise manual work.
It's the best/easiest I've found to integrate large catalogues with marketplaces like eBay and Amazon. Customer support is excellent too, with minimal wait times and help with things like formulas, customisation etc. Once you're set up, it works seamlessly.
Very impressed by the speed of response to an issue I had upon installation, and the friendly team member (Denis) who took the steps required to solve my problem. Looking forward to really getting to use the app and seeing the effect on sales.

Very intuitive interface, we have found it easy to use. Quick response time for support queries too (we only had one question that was easily and quickly resolved). The built-in SEO analysis is an incredibly useful aspect of the tool.
