Does not allow for option inventory tracking
Developer reply ·
I am sorry our app didn't fit your needs. We are just a small two-person company from the United States trying to make the best app and give the quickest support possible. We might not be the best for everyone but with over 21,000 merchants using our app there are a lot of merchants that rely on us for their business. Our app is great for styling your Shopify product options as buttons or swatches visually showing customers what is in and out of stock. We also allow merchants to get past the 3 product options 100 variant limit of Shopify to give you unlimited product options and variants. For these product options we have many product option types including: image & color swatches long & short text boxes buttons radio buttons checkboxes file uploads grid product option to collect data like prescription glasses. I understand our app isn't what you want, but please take a second to think about all the other things our app does and I am sure you will agree we deserve more than a 1 star. Have a great day,
Chat isn't working and the product does not allow to set quantity/inventory available with each option.
Does not allow me to set product option inventory so that when a specific option is out of stock (say a blue handle) it will be grayed out.

Just to clarify - our app does support inventory-based options. If a specific option (like "blue handle") is out of stock, you can make it grayed out by linking it to a Shopify variant. Here’s our step-by-step guide to help you set it up: https://optis-options-helpdesk.crisp.help/en/article/how-to-use-assign-to-variant-link-stock-and-price-of-shopify-variant-to-option-value-1u73u86/
Doesn't allow you to track inventory and show when a specific option is out of stock. It used to but doesn't any longer.

Hello, We’re sorry that the app doesn’t meet your current needs. You’re right - the legacy version of our app did include a feature that allowed assigning stock to option values. However, this was managed internally within the app and wasn’t fully stable, which is why we had to remove it. The current version of the app does not yet have this feature, but we are actively exploring technical possibilities to reintroduce it in a way that works reliably. We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve the app. If there’s anything else we can assist with, please let us know.
