First of all, they always develop the app, now it covers quite everything you may need and even more. They have solution for everything, everything is covered in the app, and you can automatize many tasks with AI. Works really well. The app shows the issues you have, and you can cover it right there. They can also fix what you can't :). Now our technical SEO score is 97%. We are very satisfied with the app!!!

The app is working well, easy to set, and the customer service works also really well. You can add explaining texts to the COD payment option and to the order confirmation email. So it really helps out shops in Europe, as Shopify lacks this really very basic feature that is a basic and default feature in every european webshop system. Must have app, helps reducing the loss caused by the lack of the cash on delivery handling fee option in Shopify. Recommended! Dont forget to add a picture to the fee, as its working as a product.

We selected this app after a long-term search to find the best solution for our shop. No we have 4 apps of 5 set up. Until now we havent had any problems or malfunctions. We though have many "little" customization tasks, setting the looks to match our store design, and they always made them for us, in addition, quite quickly! Thank you guys for that, sometimes we feel guilty when we find a new detail to be customized... :) The features we got using Growave are amazing, and the look of the app is gorgeous. They add so much to our store! Plus, people started to use very quickly, and of course it means UCG for us. Biggest task to solve is translating the app, just like Shopify, to translate it - if you dont use it in English - is quite a big work, but you have to do it once...The last app we will launch is Rewards, we are afraid of it a bit, hope we will find the good settings. Now we are still working on setting and customizing the notification emails, and then release it :) We will add an update later to this review, but what we have experienced and saw until now is definiately 5 stars. Yes, we won't say anything new: the best app regarding the price/value ratio! Definiately 5 stars, you can't give less! Though we use now "only" 13 apps of Vitals, these 13 are extremely useful. And maybe 1 or two will be still added later, or use temporary, if needed (like announcement, wheel of fortune...). If you have a less developed Shopify theme, you can easily use even 20-30 options of it at once (without having speed issues). Then you can calculate, what you get for your money :) The 6th star would be its ease of use. Thanks Vitals! Update: now we use 17 apps. Can't imagine life without VITALS anymore...these guys are amazing, beside the great app they work fast and a lot on customer service...which can't be easy.

Easily my favourite app! Gap-filling, as I always thought its not logical to show the shipping costs at the last step!!! Biggest failures of every e-commerce system. I abandoned myself carts often because of this. In my opinion every e-commerce system should offer this, but they dont :) So here we have an app that does exactly what I need. It shows the shipping costs already on the mini cart (drawer cart), so there are no surprises for the customer. I think this encourages purchases and customer satisfaction. Besides this essential function, the app has a good interface, easy to learn and use. I also had some unique queries on how and where to display specific parts, and they helped very fast and professionally every time!!! All these for an affordable price! I really dont know how to praise them...go, just check our store how it works! :)

Nice app, very logical structure, good to handle! Knows everything what we need for the strict EU-regulations. Also, the price is very good as well, even the free plan knows a lot. Guys made me a custom CSS to change the font and button style, so the bars suit our look. This way I got everything I wanted, so really LOVE IT!
