We have been using this app for a couple weeks now, and we couldn't be happier. It is far better than the alternatives. We have the premium account and it's really worth it at a reasonable price. Also, impressing features that come with it such as importing existing reviews from other apps/platforms, social media sharing (auto/manual), and option to customize product recommendations with the review request. Great job!
EDIT JULY/2016 After experiencing some issues with the service, they have done some fixes and it seems to be stable again. The review platform works well, and if it stays up 24/7 we are happy to stay as customers.

Very good app. Well built. Unfortunately, we haven't had any affiliate requests through their Market place. We have switched to the free version, until we can get some affiliates to work with us. http://www.bladeandblue.com
