I needed help with an update for my my Joy app. Audrey was great... all fixed up now. A happy customer!

Fast help and very happy with the service and the functionality of the amp.

Since Yotpo took over Swell has fallen apart with huge holes in the sales data. Not a good way to build trust with customers when their sales are not all registering in the loyalty program. After more than two months, and countless emails and excuses, the same problems persist. I am forced to pull the plug on Swell/Yotpo and face my unhappy customers. Stay away from this app!

I think I need to do this review to get the install to finish. But, I see that I can edit my review! So, that's cool!

I highly recommend this product. I use it on my shopify store and it does the job very well, is easy to use, and the backup service is very fast and reliable.

Easy to instal and works like a dream. If you sell products internationally you need this app.
