The Support does not help at all. Chat Bot is horrible.

I didn't have too many issues with this app, but the ones I had were solved before I wake up in the morning. I love how they can just scroll through previous conversations and how fast they can connect the dots and just jump on it. Truly amazing support team.
Absolutely outstanding customer service from Jennesca. Very quick responses when I had a slight issue after updating my theme and they went above and beyond to assist me. I rarely write reviews but I was so impressed that I just had to give her a shout out. I have been using the app itself for over a year and it works smoothly and meets all our needs.

The Support team is very helpful and quick to response. Albeit a bit issue with our uninstallation process but the teams are quick to fix it.

Hello Wanderlust Co 2, We do appreciate your feedback but it was never our intention to confuse merchants especially if they no longer intend to use our app. The disable option found in the apps preferences page is just an option to disable/enable our app display. Like any other Shopify app, the uninstallation process remains the same. Merchants will have to delete the app from their Shopify admin's App lists and this is a standard procedure implemented by Shopify and not us developers. The cancellation process is even listed on our support site with steps on how to do it: https://docs.codeblackbelt.com/article/77-how-do-i-cancel-my-currency-converter-subscription You have been one of our valued customers for quite some time and in each request and concern you have raised, we've helped you with our best efforts and made sure you were happy and satisfied. We have reached out to you with a solution to this confusion and we have managed to make the changes on our end and hopefully, you can respond to us. We are always open to suggestions and ideas to help improve our app and our support will always remain the same, if not make it even better. YES! Finally a app that works for my needs perfectly! Dealing with international sales, this is important. I can place only the currencies i want in a list (so the list isn't endless), and also autodetect the currency of the customer. The customer can also change currency just by clicking the product price. Genius!
There was a problem with displaying prices in the store, technical support helped to figure it out as soon as possible, thanks for the prompt work and quality service!

Hello We are a footwear brand. And currently, We have separate prices for Our National and International Customers. Because offering different prices in a different country we are managing two Shopify dashboards for that which is difficult to handle. let us know whether your app provides this functionality or not. Let me mention again, We don't ONLY need CURRENT CONVERTER. With Currency Converter, We also need to mention separate prices for seperate Countries
They worked hard to fix my problem. I like this app very much. They called me in Germany from USA to clarify the issue immediately. Also the support is very profession. I was i contact with more as 30 app support teams from different developers in the meanwhile, but they (Code Black Belt) are by far the best. Furthermore many thanks to Spain for explaining the processes and the deep technical connections between Shopify and the app. It is a very trustworthy company. Black Belt lives up to the name. Today I have installed this APP in my store http://www.dream-knives.com and am completely thrilled with the functionality. I still needed additional support from an assistant to make the different currencies visible on the home page at the top of my store, but "Carlos" from the support team took care of that IMMEDIATELY. With a few small APP settings, you can "round up" the item prices and do a lot of other things yourself without having to be a specialist. I love this APP ! Fantastic ! Thanks guys ! 5 Stars for sure !

This is undoubtedly the best currency app on Shopify. I have tried many currency switcher apps. The biggest highlight is that is its entirely compatible with Shogun and very simple to use. I would highly recommend it 10/10

Excellent APP but as I live in the UK its impossible to sell outside its not worth it for TAX way to complicated. Brilliant APP, it was a 1 click install and worked with XE currency rate, amazing!
Best currency conversion app I've tried. Customer support quickly helped fix code from my theme that was interfering with showing the correct price across all variants, and even got some custom code that displays price per serving also working. Other apps did not offer this kind of next level support. Highly recommend!
