Zapiet has been a wonderful app to solve our unique shipping, local delivery, and in-store pickup options. The back end is very intuitive with lots of customization. Their support team has been amazing, especially Jeanette! She responded quickly and took the time to hop on a call with us to work through any issues we were running into.

Using the app to assist customers with organizing projects. So far the app is running well. Also, the customer service is great!
Fast, helpful customer service. The tag delay really helped, especially when I use other apps that don't 'play nicely'

We use this app to get customer reviews. When we were not ready to utilize a feature that Yotpo provides, a friendly guru quickly assisted us with removing it.
