This app is not user-friendly at all. You have to click a lot of buttons to get what you want. And I agree that many of their customer service don't understand their product at all. They simply provide links and ask you to read their instruciton.
The customer service is very helpful. I am happy with it. There's no online chat but they respond to the email promptly and clearly. The app theme looks good by default.

The customer service is great and perhaps the greatest I have ever seen in Shopify App. I haven't upgrade to AWESOME and that's not on my decision but I will definitely recommend give the free version a try.
The first time writing a review for a Shopify APP. I am a customer service myself and their customer service is awesome. The basic function of the APP works well so far. Nothing to complain.
