Redo has been a game changer for shipping orders and has an amazing interface for customers to initiate returns and exchanges. The team is every helpful and responds to questions or concerns with lightning speed. Wish we would have had Redo years ago! Peter was great with A bug fix too!
Easy to use and install. Great customer service, very helpful and responsive.

Thanks so much for your great review! We loved helping you get set up with post-purchase surveys so you can learn more about your customers and what motivates them to buy.
I synced my store to Twitter shopping and i am running into an issue. Most of the products in my store come in multiple sizes -- Twitter counts each product variant as an individual product. Since Twitter only allows 50 products in a feed, my shop is really only showing about 16 products. It would be much more efficient to have individual products on the shop feed, that you can then click on and select your size. Right now i only see the option to show the same product(s) variants as separate "products". Is anyone else having this problem?
