The app was exactly what we were looking for. It took some time for our setup due to some complexities on our end, but the onboarding support was excellent. Support has been very responsive and helpful as well. The app is robust and can account for many use cases. Highly recommend!

We've loved switching over to LoyaltyLion and working with Vicky as a CSM! She has been extremely helpful with recommendations to help us get some quick wins, as well as helping to think of longer-term improvements. In general Loyalty Lions support team has been extremely helpful and gives great step-by-step instructions on how to use their platform and make any customizations.

We have been using BeProfit for 3-4 months now and it's been a great experience so far. We've been able to use this tool to identify several areas where we could quickly improve our margin that otherwise would have been difficult to identify. Their team is also incredibly helpful and quick to respond to questions and feedback. They have already made several improvements to their platform based on feedback our team has had. They are always open to our thoughts on their platform and honest about what might be out of their immediate scope. The ReportPundit support is simply the best. Not only are the reports extremely flexible, but when I need a report that I can't set up on my own, support is quick to create it for me. Highly recommend using ReportPundit.
