Generate Design

Like everyone says, this app worked, and now it doesn't. I tried to contact customer service, just to be told to contact the app developers. When I tried to find out how to contact the app developers, I reached the same site I was on previously. I can accept a company making mistakes, but I cannot accept a company basically gaslighting its customers (I know that sounds like an exaggeration, but it really isn't). If you don't work with them yet, do yourself a favour and don't start! I'm unfortunately stuck in a position where I need to stay with them until I get up and running with a different service. Don't make a mistake and choose QB Online! I promise you'll regret it.

App works as expected, and the team has been super responsive when I requested a few changes. Helen always gets back to me quickly, and they have been able to meet any requests I've had in the 3 or so years we've been using this app!

Customer service is non-existent. Don't install this app unless you're confident that you won't need to use it within the 14 day trial period, and be prepared to have to wait longer than that.

We are just launching on Shopify, and Kalys and Tattu and the team were super helpful in getting the app set up on our site. The app has so many amazing features that integrate into our site, gnr8.jp, perfectly! To be honest, we just wanted to launch ASAP so we haven't even integrated all of the features yet, but the deeper I go into this app the more impressed I am! The customer service is amazing, do you guys ever sleep? I look forward to using all the benefits of this app and growing the business together with the Socialshopwave team.
