ASR is a foundational app that's essential to our store. We've pretty much used this since Day One of our business. We have very complex shipping set up, local/regional/national with numerous carriers and fees, and we couldn't make it work without ASR. Support is great. Any questions or technical issues I've been able to get help with in a matter of hours. (Thanks, Brian!) They're patient and super helpful.
UPDATE 2: Seriously amazing support. Max did an amazing job walking me through how to start using some incredible churn-busting features I was was not even aware of. UPDATE: They keep improving this app. A solid subscription app though that is a bit of a learning curve (as with most subscription apps). Very helpful support team responds to questions quickly.

The level of in-person support these guys provide is astounding. Not videos, not self-serve FAQs, but a real person. Allie was super helpful! They take the time to make sure you have everything set up just right. Most importantly, they make sure you understand not just the tool but the ways you can make best use of the data it generates. So impressed.

Really good product with UNBELIEVEABLY GREAT SUPPORT. I asked a question and within 30 minutes, I had not just an answer but a video showing me exactly how to do it on the actual page I had built. Wow.

Very happy with this app. They make it easy to collect reviews and those reviews started showing up in Google right away.
This is a great concept and we're on board. However, I would like to see more resources (videos, websites, reports, etc.) we can easily share with customers to show our commitment is more than just an icon in the shopping cart.

Pretty handy. I like how this app gives me recent orders and interactions we may have had in the past for context.
