Setup was easy and intuitive. Great level of customisation, I was able to match the cart to the personality of the rest of the store. The ability for the customer to choose their free gift is a great feature too. Market based rewards are a life saver.

Game changer. This eliminates the majority of customer enquiries and frees up SO MUCH time. The team are also great at helping work out app conflicts and any weird little issues you come across. Highly recommended.

After being let down by another app that abruptly closed without any way of exporting years of reviews we thought we were going to have to start from scratch. Fortunately the TrustShop team had our backs and did some tech witchcraft to pull the reviews from the old app without the need for their broken export link. I really appreciate the effort that went into saving our reviews and 5 stars is definitely well deserved. Thanks again

Incredibly simple but effective, this app fixes an issue that has been haunting Shopify merchants for well over a decade. Something that should be native to the platform. Thank you to the dev(s) <3

*edit* I was just offered a bribe of $30USD to change my review to 5 star lol *edit* I saw that the bad reviews were from the open affiliate program, so i decided to try it for an invite only program. It just doesn't work. Attributions are inconsistent at best. Shopify shouldn't release and market a product that clearly does not work.

Great app - consistently brings back customers when I restock a product. It's like clockwork - restock and watch the orders flow in before I even think about announcing it or creating any form of marketing.

*update* They have told me that the support person was incorrect after all and refunded the subscription. They have chased across multiple channels asking me to remove the one star review. I've had to reinstall and give access permissions again just to edit this review, but i'll be deleting it again now. *original review* Signed up and had issues connecting Aus Post ParcelSend, was advised that they do not support eParcel / ParcelSend, only MyPost Business. They refuse to cancel the first month subscription fee quoting "policy", so I'm being charged $150 even though they are unable to provide the service needed. Businesses that are willing to spend $150/month on this app are likely above band 5 and most likely on eParcel, not MyPost Business. Pretty unethical imo

Australian based store here. We use a combination of international eparcel and domestic mypost business. I've tried other shipping platforms and had issues, but StarShipit has been refreshingly simple to set up and a powerful tool. It has dramatically reduced the amount of time it takes to completely fulfillment which is vital for a fast growing business. I am also able to import csv files for Kickstarter rewards. I was able to complete most of the onboarding myself and when I needed assistance with the final settings, they were very helpful. Thoroughly recommended.

Does the trick for me! Nice and simple setup and the interface is relatively straightforward. I would like it if i could purchase a label from the order screen instead of in the app though. It would also be nice if international labels could be converted from multiple labels on an A4 to individual A6.

This app fixes an important issue with Shopify which allows discount code exploitation, it successfully limits a code to one use for one product. The developer has been great with a couple of suggestions i had, resulting in a duplicate function that other apps refuse to add. Great app, great developer and great price point. Recommended 100%
