We used this app to monitor customer's behaviour and be more attentive, increase the CLV. It's overal extremely helpful. So many insights from different angles. We are loving it! Highly recommended. Thank you for the positive input! Monitoring customer behavior is what will scale your business 100%. Act upon the hidden gems you find from those insights from different angles and it's a sure path to success.
Invaluable app and much more useful information than the inbuilt reports in Shopify. I emailed the owner to ask for a custom app and he provided it a few hours later! I now use this custom report daily and don't know how I'd do without it. If it were possible to see analysis on add-to-cart rates / products that would be very useful too!
