Really cool app that gives you a data scientist at your fingertips. Analyzes ads, creatives, messaging, and more and helps you make quick actionable decisions.
A robust toolset to control and take your digital operations to the next level with an easy to implement workflow. It has a highly intuitive and easy to use interface, providing your operation with critical marketing optimization tactics like RFM and NPS, which go hand in hand with more advanced techniques such as A/B Testing (at ALL levels) and granular segmentation/ personalization features which seriously lift the yield of your online channel in the short term. It integrates easily with your website, particularly if you are working in a Shopify environment, but it is open to be applicable in any other website development environment. Most importantly, the onboarding support leaded by Costin Floricel is top of the line, making sure your adoption cycle run smoothly. Great documentation as well. I have compared them with all other similar tools out there, and this one really hits the mark for completeness, stability and support (strategic AND technical). HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Reveal is a platform that provides the missing data link that focuses on customer retention. While other platforms push you on Acquisition. For an app focusing on helping merchants to have better customer retention and lifetime value, REVEAL has done a really good job in terms of onboarding people. The team at REVEAL was really kind and helpful in terms of helping merchants navigating around their app. If you haven't tried this app, I suggest you giving it a try. At the very least you will understand the big picture of what your customer segmentation is looking like. I also like the fact that OmniConvert has a lot of helpful articles helping you understand what RFM analysis, what constitutes as qualitative analysis. With the RFM segmentation we were able to find out who our Ideal customer profiles were. With that information, we launched a phone survey campaign right away. It was a huge success. Not only did our avid customers felt closer to us as a brand, but also we learned a great deal about other pain points our customers were going through with our products. With the Klaviyo integration, it was easy to set up email campaigns specifically for different groups of customers. Customer Life Value is a long game and should be something every business should strive for. With the help of REVEAL I would argue it makes your strategy and execution a whole lot easier. I love this app. At first, I was skeptical and honestly didn't expect much but I was blown away. The free version gives any starting business all the info they need to scale and help understand your customer's habits. The real benefit was when I hopped on a call with Oana who walked me through the entire platform and the additional benefits that it offers. She recorded the call and sent me the video file.. it was a lot of info but all worth it! Before you scale any product use Reveal first and make sure. The numbers don't lie! This analytics platform is marketers' heaven. Quick and straightforward to understand, it offers actionable buyers insights any store can address right away. Loved this App, the kind of insights that you can derive through RFM, Cohort Analysis are amazing. We used to do it on an excel sheet and used to take us easily a day every month to do a similar analysis. Must install if you want to really see customer stickiness, analyse your customer behaviour and LTV.
Oh my gosh - Reveal is our first official introduction to understanding customer segmentation in regards to customer retention. And they were SO helpful during the product call to understand their very detailed dashboard. Reveal offers so many different reports and charts to break down customer value and customer behavior. As we start to build our remarketing strategy Reveal's tools will be so useful for making sure we're sending the right messages to the right customers.
I rarely write app reviews but Reveal RFM is a definite 5-star app. Having sold on Shopify for the past 5 years, Reveal is one of the first apps that really allows us to see all of our customers from our start to today. It easily segments them based on RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary Value) which allows us to target specific customer segments with tailored outreach/campaigns/content that fits their purchasing behavior. Incredibly helpful if you need to balance your efforts with new customers and returning customers - a must have app.

I am new to the app but Reveal appears to aggregate a wealth of useful data to better understand your customer lifetime value and segment your customers from least to most loyal. This should allow you to double-down on efforts to find new customers who match your most loyal ones and to fix holes in your customer experience to improve retention. The founders of Omniconvert have a wealth of experience and insight, as well as a suite of products that appear to work together to improve messaging and customer experience from a data-driven perspective.
This app is really exciting! The ability to segment your customers based on lifetime purchasing history and behavior is really useful. Additionally you not only have top level segments (ex. brand lover or Ex-lover) but you also have sub-segments that you can change and prioritize. This apps data is helping us segment and target via Klaviyo emails to re-engage purchases. Try it out!
