The guys at Reputon are fantastic. First of all the app is amazing. As a business that gets a lot of Google Reviews but not ecom reviews it's a game changer in adding social proof to the website. Their customer service is lightning fast. I gave access to my store and they were able to customize the look to match what I was going for. If you're on the fence, give it a shot! You won't be disappointed.

What stands out immediately is how complete the platform is. It’s not just points and referrals. You can run tiers, exclusive access, UGC, contests, and more all in one place. It replaced several tools for us, which simplified our stack and saved cost. Setup was straightforward, but the real differentiator is the team. Their onboarding and ongoing support is hands-on in a way you don’t typically get with Shopify apps. They’re proactive, responsive, and actually think with you on strategy, not just implementation. That alone makes a big difference. From a retention standpoint, it gives you way more flexibility to build something that actually matches your brand instead of a generic points program. The customization and ability to create a premium experience is a huge unlock. If I had to give one piece of feedback, it would be that like any robust platform, there’s a lot you can do. You need to be intentional about how you design your program so it doesn’t get overcomplicated. Overall, Ethos feels less like an app and more like a retention partner. If you’re serious about LTV and building a brand-driven loyalty experience, it’s a no-brainer.

If you’re still manually confirming shipping addresses then you need to install this app. It’s literally saved me thousands. I dont have to pay staff to change addresses and it reduced our number of address change request tickets. The developers are very responsive and were able to move the widget around the order status page. Would recommend this app to anyone!

Great app that helps me when it comes to customer disputes or potential chargebacks as the customer directly agrees to the Terms. Would recommend this to anyone with a similar concern. Also asked the developers to make a change to the code on my custom theme. No word of a lie I received a reply from their support in 5 minutes, gave them access and was resolved in 15 minutes. Highly recommend! Harsh Vasoya was great!

I never did this before. It's easy to create a product feed for Google Merchant Center. I liked how I can create separate feeds for different product collections and countries. John from their live support team was excellent. He answered in a matter of minutes and walked me through step-by-step. Excellent service and great product.

Daniel and the entire team at Pretty Product Pages do such a wonderful job. The app is simple and easy to use. The features / benefit stack has a lot of formats you can use and if you email Daniel he's quick to reply and help place the custom code anywhere on your product page. I definitely have seen this help out, show our customers our benefits and increase our conversion rate. 10/10 recommend. Did I mention it's only $7/mo? No brainer!
