We recently discovered that we've been consistently overcharged every month for the past couple of years. After reaching out to the company twice through their own chat service, we received no response on either occasion. This lack of communication, combined with the overcharging issue, reflects very poor customer service and dishonesty. Extremely disappointed!

As a marketeer, it is vital to do several A/B tests on our site. However, as our website was made with a specific theme we were not able to rapidly tests and hence scale our business. Then I realized Pretty Product Pages, which I wished I had found earlier. It is super easy to use and customer service is excellent and so is the price. 100% worth every penny. I would highly recommend it to everyone who wants to scale their business.
This app is terrible. In two separate occurrences, the app stopped reading our collections and would not add the badges to the corresponding products. Took forever to hear back from support the first time, just for them to take a week and say they could not figure it out, and that the best thing to do would be to delete the app and reinstall it. It just happened a second time. This time no response at all from support. Don't know why they even have messaging within the app. The developer makes it seem he started to investigate the issue 20 hours ago? He didn't even respond until this review was posted, so there wasn’t an investigation even initiated. After the previous experience, I am sure there wouldn’t even have been a response for a week or so. Yes, the app works great like, when it's actually working, just like every other app. When it goes down, you expect there to be some sort of response. Support just isn’t a priority for them until you write a review. I got tons of rude and rapid emails from the developer after the review was posted. If only he would put that energy toward fixing the app. Thanks for uninstalling. Wouldn't wish this overly demanding merchant on my worst enemy. /Daniel, founder.

Amazing app! This helped boost my conversion rate a lot. I was also able to add a 'chat on whatsapp' button to my product page which is super useful. Great app! Amazing support helped me make edits & customize the product page even more!!

Simple to use, easy to activate, looks great on product pages and best feature is dynamic assignment of placements based off rules E.g. linked to individual item, multiple items, associated collection. If a collection, then you can use all the normal dynamic rules within a collection to populate the collection. In the future, I'd like to be able to split out where multiple placements display on a page, versus within a single block, which would increase use cases and also like to activate beyond product pages.
Simple and easy to use. Daniel is a few minutes for a fix if Shopify ever decides to mess up their API again.
Daniel and the entire team at Pretty Product Pages do such a wonderful job. The app is simple and easy to use. The features / benefit stack has a lot of formats you can use and if you email Daniel he's quick to reply and help place the custom code anywhere on your product page. I definitely have seen this help out, show our customers our benefits and increase our conversion rate. 10/10 recommend. Did I mention it's only $7/mo? No brainer!

Great app! Easy to use, and is just what I was looking for. Customer service responded fast to my questions and were able to help me when I needed.
This app does exactly what it says on the tin! And Daniel was really helpful and fast at helping to customise it to get it to display where I wanted it on my product pages. It could definitely have some UI improvements - such as being able to search for particular products or create groups of products for certain features to be assigned to (for example a certain style or colour) and for it to be easier to see which products a certain feature is assigned to, but I believe these are in the pipeline so I will look forward to those.

Very easy to use app that is really enhancing the look of our product pages. The code was not automatically installed for my theme, but Daniel literally replied to my request for help in minutes and did the manual installation where I wanted it. I just installed (with Daniel's speedy and efficient help!) Pretty Product Pages. It has given my pages the exact look I was aiming for, but didn't know I wanted, and inspired me to finish them and get launched! The app editor is very straightforward and you can easily attach your boxes to individual products.
The features of this app are unique, a good idea that may improve the conversion rate. Recommends people to try and test it. Daniel answered me pretty quickly and helped me put the code on the site, it is very nice to see that behind the product is a person with fast service! This made our product pages pop up really well. We have been looking for some customization to add. this did the job
Great app. Really easy to use and setup. You can create beautiful boxes with highlights for a singe product or a collection. I also had to contact the support and the team replied fast and efficiently. I would totally recommend it.
