Hello Khoon, Thank you very much for your 5-star review! I truly appreciate your patience while we worked through the checkout and delivery configuration issues. I’m glad we were able to resolve the conflict caused by Shopify’s native local delivery and pickup settings, which were blocking checkout. After adjusting the settings, disabling the conflicting options, and updating the delivery and pickup rates as requested, we were able to ensure that checkout and the shipping rates display correctly. Thank you so much for your thoughtful feedback! I’m glad to hear that my patience and clear, swift responses have helped address your enquiries. It means a lot to know that my support has made a real difference. Knowing that my efforts made a positive difference is very rewarding, and I’m grateful for your recognition. Thanks, Salaj
Very helpful and responsive! They are also very polite and patience in answering my enquiries and solving my issues!
Chanced on this app and decided to give it a go but wow was i impressed with the speed of the replies and the help given, especially from Anna from Orichi. I had recieved the help and was just fumbling around when i was stumbled upon another problem, she initiated the help and i was immediately assisted whilst i was struggling to solve it on my own. Very impressive and i definitely recommend it, i just need it for simple order limits but the service was definitely impressive.
