Smile is a great tool, with very simple and quick setup. The free option provides very valuable capabilities to offer benefit to our customers with no tool cost to us. As we grow and realize the benefits, we will be able to justify upgrading to a paid version in the future. There was a glitch in a feature. Shelby facilitated a prompt resolution and kept us informed throughout the (very short) process. Thank you, Shelby!

Though I'm not done with configuring all the features yet, the app meets my requirements for my most critical need - search filtering. I tried numerous apps and none of them had all the "must-have" features like filtering on custom metafields, and ability to filter by metafields, collections, categories, tags. I had a couple of issues during configuration that Clara resolved for me immediately. She has been incredibly responsive responding to questions and quickly resolving any glitches I have encountered. I measure a company by how well and quickly they respond when issues inevitably occur - Clara gets 5+ stars!

As others have said, I would give this app 10 stars if I could. I completed setup and have an amazing 8-day calendar of posts created within a few minutes of completing my inputs. I am overjoyed with this app and these posts and have desperately needed this solution. It's like having an affordable, fun, creative marketing assistant. Most solutions are limited to product posts; I love that Xyla AI Social Media Autopilot also includes fun, engaging content. As an added bonus, less than 24 hours ago I emailed Toby, the founder, late in the evening to ask about a certain piece of functionality. He responded overnight and asked for 2-3 days to research a solution. He already provided the additional filtering capability, in less than a day. Thank you!!

Updated 2/6/24: We had a new requirement to collect sales tax in additional states. We had an issue integrating with our QuickBooks Online tax rate. Abhi quickly solved the problem on the back-end (same day) and fixed retroactive orders. He then fixed the front-end so we can map on our own in the future. We hardly have issues or requirements, but when we do, Abhi and team are always incredibly responsive. Original: We're using this app for two different Shopify stores, and the functionality is significantly better than the previous app we were using. Both stores automatically sync, vs. the prior version would only sync one or the other, so we had to regularly re-connect one of the stores, which defeats the whole point of automation. Setup had some challenges, though Kumar worked through everything to our satisfaction, ensuring the app fully meets our needs. His support has been fantastic. Not once has he said, "The app's not designed to do that; you're out of luck". If we encounter what we consider missing functionality, he's found a way to make it happen. I just installed Judge.me and imported our reviews. I contacted support for assistance in displaying our Store (non-product related) reviews. Ron was fantastic. He quickly created a Customer Reviews page that shows all product and store reviews, added rating stars to products on our collection pages (I hadn't even noticed they were missing), and created/added a review carousel to our site. I appreciate Ron's professionalism, technical expertise, and pleasant assistance. Thank you, Ron!

Growave has been very helpful to our business, combining multiple features into 1 central location. They're always improving, and their support is outstanding. I changed store themes earlier this year, and just updated to the new Dawn (2.0) theme. Both times they integrated their app into my theme in less than 24 hours (with no advance notice to them), free of charge. Alex and the rest of the team are amazing.

We're using Product Upsell combined with Product Discounts to offer cross-sell products at a discounted rate, if purchased together. For years we've been a brick & mortar store that sells occasionally online, and your apps are enabling us to provide all the functionality of full-fledged ecommerce stores. We still have a lot of marketing to do in order to get sales. The great news is that your apps give us something to market, something that resonates positively with potential customers. Thank you! Your support team answered multiple questions to help us set up our first cross-sell app with discounted accessories when purchased with the source product. They made sure everything was working as intended, including eliminating the discount on the cross-sell product if the source product is removed from the cart.
