This is a fantastic review app, really it is the best value for money you will find anywhere on the Shopify app store. Firstly, you can bulk upload your reviews from other marketplaces that you already sell on. As a start-up, this has been a fantastic feature for us, as it has allowed us to import all our eBay reviews onto our Shopify site. Once you have imported your reviews, there is a wide range of widgets you can use to show off your reviews. Each is customisable, with a wide array of features that give you complete control over how you collect and show your reviews. In terms of generating new reviews, the review request feature will allow you send emails to verified buyers of your products after the product has been fulfiled. There are plenty of settings to control this feature, so that it fits right with your busienss. This makes it really easy and non-intrusive for customers to quickly select a star rating and write a few comments to leave a review withint the email request. We started collecting reviews instantly, after months of barely generating any reviews using the free Google Reviews App. If you are serious about generating reviews, you will want a review request feature to help you build out your reviews. You can also allow customers to share pictures, which is a great feature for building up user generated content on your site or on social media to demonstrate social proof. You can also post reviews with photos on your social media accounts. Once your reviews and review widgets are installed on the site, the customer service is one of the best I have ever encountered for a Shopify app. Louis customised the widgets to our exact requirements, and provided with all the information we needed on cusotmising our review request emails to only request shop reviews. Also, you can send review requests in foriegn languages. Which for us, shipping products globally is such a great feature. It integrates with the translation app Weglot, and we are just in the process of setting this up. There are many more features, like SMS review requests, offering coupon incentives to leave reviews within the email requests, and so on. Lastly, it has both shop and product reviews, which is a key feature for us, as most of our products are one off. If your a start up, or a growing small business looking to focus more on generating reviews without breaking the bank on an expensive review app, or a useless free app, this is the review app you've been looking for!

Without question, this is the best collection filter and smart search app on the Shopify app marketplace. We tried and uninstalled many others before we were saved by this app. If you have a lot of filter options and values, this app will save your store with it's bulk upload feature. You can create your filters within the app, and then add all of the values for each filter in a csv. file and bulk upload the values at once. This has been a life saver for our store, which has thousands of values, and growing. Not only is it the most advanced filter app we have found, we also think it is the best looking filter on the Shopify app store as well. It looks great and we have had nothing but fantastic feedback from people using our store who regularly use the filter to quickly find exactly what they are looking for. This app has increased sales for us by allowing people to quickly find exactly what they want by usign the filter and search features. It comes with analytics which are top notch for an app like this, which provides very helpful insights as to how visitors use our store. The smart search is fantastic, and there are options to pin preffered products and set merchandising rules to order your products within your colelctions to favour the ones you would like to feature. They have lots of integrations, and where they do not have out of the box integrations, the team will work hard to help integrate this app with others on your store. Overal 9.5/10. The last 0.5 would be more responsiveness on occasions with the chat support, but we appreciate it is difficult times at the moment, and so it would be unfair of us to make this more of an issue. The support is great. We love this app. We would highly recommend this app to anyone serious about providing a high quality collection filter and search for thier Shopify store.

This is a great app to use to integrate your Shopify store with eBay. After installing the app you really should take the short amount of time it takes to read the help articles that walk you through how to use the app. If you want to get straight to how to set everything up, start with the Profile article onwards. I tried to set thigns up before reading the articles and made a mess of it and almost cancelled the app, but I'm so glad i was patient and read the articles and asked for help from the chat support. If you need any help, the chat support is the best I have used for an app of this price, it is as good as the very expensive tools that I have used on other projects. We had a problem which the chat support fixed within one day, and they respond almost instantly at any time. For me, the chat support makes this one of the best apps I have used on the Shopify app store. Great chat support can make or break an app, and this app has great support. A few stand out features of the app: You can edit your products titles, prices, descriptions etc especially for eBay in a csv. file and bulk upload the changes. You can sync your orders and inventory, so that when a product is sold on eBay, it will be removed from Shopify, and vice versa. You can also apply your business policys across all your listings. If you would like to add item specifics for each of your eBay listings, you will have to use an app to add meta fields to Shopify, we recommend this one, as the support is excellent as well and will help you set it up: https://apps.shopify.com/accentuate?surface_detail=accentuate&surface_inter_position=1&surface_intra_position=1&surface_type=search Once you have added the meta fields for the item specific values you want to include, you can update these in your CED profile, and you can apply custom item specific to your eBay listings through CED. As we upload new products regularly, the only thing that would improve the app for us, would be if you could Upload & Revise multiple profiles at once, and hopefully this is something that they could implement soon. But otherwise, we will be using CED for all of our marketplace integrations, and we couldn't recommend it more highly at this price point. If you take the short time to read the introductory help articles, and ask for help when needed from the fantastic support staff, you will find almost everything you will need is possible through this app to create eBay listings from your Shopify products and manage your inventory through Shopify.

Best App available on the store for a very reasonable price. Their customer service is second to none! Amazing!

Fantastic app, for us the bulk import and export field made it very easy to add meta fields to multiple products all at once, which many of the other apps do not have. The support was also great, ole helped us get set up in no time. Would highly recommend!
