Mateo was very knowlegeable and patient. I felt a little clumsy and slow... But even still we were able to work through the problem. Thank You Mateo, I SO appreciate your help and look forward to growing our business moving forward... I literally could't have set up without your help:)
6.19.25. Once again.. Help was waiting when I got stuck again... Kavishan helped me solve a problem I am certain I wouldn't have solved myself at this point. THANKS Kavishan. I appreciate you. 6.4. We are just getting our business back up. BookX is easy to use and I appreciate customer service. I spent just a few minutes on chat with Rajkumar... problem solved. I won't hesitate to ask for help again. 6.5. Nithish once again helped via zoom to correct a problem right away... I haven't found customer service like this in such a long time. I used this app to book pottery wheel experiences / instruction for our Shopify store. I feel like the interaction with this app will be a game changer for our events. I especially appreciated the help desk support. Very fast turn around from professionals that were kind and polite. (wow when does that happen any more)... We highly recommend this app and the support that comes with it:)
