We had moved off OCU a little over a year ago due to some limitations with offer set up and integrations. Since then, they have surged past competitors with an all-in-one app. This cut down on our funnel set up and evaluation time, as we can see results from one dashboard instead of 2 or 3 apps. I also appreciate the honest reporting, showing you AOV with and without OCU upsells over time, vs other apps that take credit for sales you'd have anyway. AfterShip has been great to work with so far. I am so happy I was able to get technical support via chat and then via Google meet. Rajat was amazing. He is very smart and knows his product well. He walked me through the steps during set up that were a little confusing to me. I am so happy I had Rajat as my technical support and help.

I can't say enough about the customer service at Little Data. Cornelia is amazing and she knows every aspect of the product. She is also great at explaining the data and setting up custom reports useful for our business. Until we added Little Data, we were unable to see how our Subscription Customers behaved vs Our non subscription customers. Little Data put all the subscription data into G4 so we can see how our subscription is performing via Google Analytics. We can now see the reasons for cancelation in a report in G4, We are able to now see our Subscription Revenue vs our Non Subscription Revenue in G4. There are also some great templates provided by Little data for setting up reports in G4. Once again, we are grateful for all the help Cornelia provides during set up and on going.
