We needed to migrate the review aggregator we were using to a new platform as the one we were using was no longer fit for purpose in terms of review moderation, CX and having a solution that would evolve with the business. After choosing Lipscore the migration itself had a number of unique requirements (as part of the specification we had laid out) that needed some bespoke solutions. We've seen a significant improvement in our review response rates across all of our sites, which was something I was actually more skeptical about and my advise to businesses considering a move to Lipscore in the future - let go of what you think you like about your current set up. Take a step back from and and focus on the core objectives first. Trust the platform and the expertise of the Lipscore team. Then you can make incremental changes along the way measure performance properly, and make informed improvements as requirements evolve. What has impressed us most, however, is the level of customer service. The team are always available when we need support, respond quickly, and genuinely feel invested in helping us get the most from the platform. Nothing ever seems too much trouble.

Very useful app for customers and retailers alike - it's one of those things that just works. I would like there to be a few more options when it comes to customising the email. The support team are particularly helpful and responsive.

We have been using Plytix with integrations for multiple Shopify stores and marketplaces and have found it to be a market leading PIM. The features included mean the product data can be managed properly and efficiently. The controls on the account allow users to focus on their particular area of responsibility without distractions in an intuitive manner. The AI editing tools are very good and add extra efficiency, especially if you have a small team or limited external tools both for images and copy. The bulk actions tools massively improve efficiency and allow rules to run on any field in the platform meaning tasks we would have previously needed to rely on our development resource or Shopify flows (flows are quite limited) can now be added with minimal technical knowledge. The support we get from our account manager is also excellent, which is key for any partnership we have.

This enables us to set up variants in a specific way to suit our specific needs. The support level is the main benefit, it's always instantaneous and very helpful.

We spent time looking for an app that provide us with the functionality we needed. Rapid search has given us what we were looking for and more!
