무료 앱이라 설치/운영하는 과정에서 생기는 문제점을 쉽게 해결할 수 있을까 하는 의구심이 있었습니다. 하지만 며칠 전에 설치하고 오늘 세팅을 시작하면서 도움이 필요한 일이 생겼습니다. 제가 도움을 신청한 즉시 친절한 도움을 바로 받을 수 있었습니다. 저희는 30-40개 국의 다국어 쇼핑몰을 만드는 과정에 있습니다. 일단 3개 국가에 대한 언어로 시작을 하는데 테스트 결과 '카사 로얄티 앱'는 3개 국가 언어 페이지로 잘 전환되는 것을 확인했습니다. 추정하건데 30여 개 국가 언어로도 잘 전환될 것 같습니다. 그리고 제가 한국어로 도움을 청했음에도 불구하고 한국어로 도움을 받을 수 있었기에 대단히 고마웠습니다. 나중에 '카사 로얄티 앱'의 설치/운영에 대한 소감을 추가로 올리겠습니다.

As of Nov. 1, the billing plan was created, and I noticed it today, Nov. 8. The Program Development Team generously gifted us access to Essential Loyalty Program & Rewards for free. We are very grateful. Essential Loyalty Program & Rewards is designed a bit more intuitively than several other loyalty programs we have experienced, making it easy for program administrators to use. It has the advantage of easily creating an Essential Loyalty Program & Rewards tab on the member page (buyer’s personal page). From the moment a Shopper visits the online store, they can see at a glance the points they have earned and the points they have used on the Shopper Page. The program also includes a variety of ways to earn points. Therefore, I believe Essential Loyalty Program & Rewards is an excellent tool to increase Shopper loyalty to our shop.
