The app is well-built and covers 95% of our business needs out of the box. The remaining 5% can be covered with custom HTML blocks and scripts, that are included as part of the app’s functionality. A special shout-out to Lukas for the amazing customer support!
Vinse has been super helpful with onbaording us onto retain with recharge - cydney and Tatiana have also been syper helpful friendly and helped us optimise - the support has been excellent

Really great app - very simple with support to switch on - speed went right up immediately - great for conversions and rankings
Since speaking with the Rise AI team I have reviewed and updated my original review of 1 star to 5 stars. The customer services and care of both Hila and Itay was 100% spot on and they deserve the 5 stars for that alone. I was originally disgruntled with the service and costs, but Rise AI swiftly resolved this for us and have gone above and beyond. It is refreshing to see this and it certainly has changed my opinion of them. I highly recommend the company based on their customer care.
