We had some issues and the app didn't load on the backend. Some minor tweaks and the issue was fixed. I appreciate the good customer service! I do find it takes an hour after a customer places an order when there's an upsell option and we can't fulfill the order until that time passes. It was disrupting our order process flow. I've disabled this feature, and it seems to be working smoothly again.

Gotta give it to Redo! Love how simple they make returns for the customer and the back end of our Shopify site. Their customer service is second to none, too. They are also always on the pulse providing new services and functions. Really one of the best apps out there at a free or very fair price! Thanks for your hard work, Redo team!

Perfect app for our store! We needed something like this and so happy I found it. Sam is so helpful and on the ball with anything I may need. It's a no brainer to install this.
