Wiser gives many options and opportunities for Upsells and has a very generous free tier while the shop is starting off and getting up to 50 sales per month. Prachee and the team have been amazing helping me get the widgets to look perfect in my theme.

We’ve been using Wiser for a while now, and the support team has been very responsive whenever we’ve needed help. Karishma has especially been very supportive and helpful throughout the process. She always takes the time to understand the issue and provide thoughtful support, especially with customization and troubleshooting. Her communication is quick, clear, and reliable, which has made the experience much smoother for our team. We truly appreciate the support and look forward to continuing to use the app.
Loving this app so far! Still working through setup, but the interface is easy to use with great features and customizations. When I encountered a small hiccup in setup, I reached out to support using the live chat feature and had my issue resolved by Toheeb in a matter of minutes.

I cannot say enough good things about this app and the folks running it. Their service is top notch! Not only are they immediately responsive, they take feedback seriously and develop upon it. We were using Re-Buy and it was so confusing and hard to use, and there were a lot of features we were paying for that just did not make sense. This app is affordable, has way more features and flexibility. It has already resulted in thousands of dollars in upsells in just a couple weeks. My only regret is not finding it sooner! We’ve been using Wiser for quite some time now and have had a very positive experience with it. The app has helped us improve product discovery and generate additional revenue through personalized recommendations and upsell placements. For our store, product page recommendations and post-purchase upsells have performed especially well. Wiser’s case study on Wooden Ships showed over $48.5K in Wiser-generated sales, with more than $37.6K from product page recommendations and over $10.4K from post-purchase upsells, which reflects the kind of impact these placements can have when set up properly. We also like that the dashboard makes it easier to understand where the revenue is coming from, so it is not just about adding widgets blindly. It helps us see which placements are working and where there is still room to grow. Overall, Wiser has been a useful tool for increasing AOV and making better use of existing traffic. It has been a good addition to our Shopify store.

Today i have came to know about the Wiser AI - so i have installed this app for my store's Upsells & Cross Sell. Where Toheeb their customer support executive came to support me and help me to install this app and setting up the Upsell widget for my store. I asked him to make some changes and customization and he did it exactly what i have asked for, now i am hopeful that this will help me to bring more sells on my store. Once Again Toheed thank you so much for all your support.
Toheeb is really patient with the instructions he is handing out. He is very polite and knowledgeable. He also reviews the points being given to him to make sure that we are on the same page. He is very thorough in how he makes me understand how things work on the app.
I really appreciated the help. Was even proactive with making good suggestions. I did have an issue with them answering some of my questions, but they later on answered my question. Overall, great support
We highly DO NOT RECOMMEND using this app. We noticed some exorbitant charges, and when we emailed them about it, they let us know that they take a percentage share of ALL sales on our site, not just attributed to what Wiser's recommendations were able to help sell. Stay away from this app and their team.
