We have been a happy user of Sufio for many years BUT BEWARE if you export and collect prepaid duty at checkout they cannot show duty as a separate line on the invoice, but do include it in the total. It has meant we need to find another invoicing app that can handle this. updated to **** as support did come back with an unsupported fix which will do for now, many thanks

HubBox has a fundamental flaw that, when used with Shopify and Royal Mail, it does not automatically correctly create labels with "LOCAL COLLECT" printed on them. This results in Post Offices refusing to accept and returning parcels to us and annoying customers who have gone to collect. It was suggested we should evaluate whether this is not better than parcels going missing from doorsteps?! HubBox customer support believes it is our responsibility to find a way to fix this. It is not. It is HubBox's, it should be built into the system. Thanks.
Literally only in the process of setting up and testing right now so this is a review of the support received only, not the product itself. Vani has been super helpful and provided quick answers whenever I had a query. Many thanks :) Now let's see how good the app is...
