Emailed support two weeks ago, but didn't get their response. They replied to me saying they can't receive my email and then I wrote back. There is no reply since then... I don't know why this happened as my email is totally working fine or they just don't want to help me because I'm still during the trial period...

I used this app for the pop-up. It's great, customer service is awesome and response is very timely, especially it's free. High recommend.
