They keep charging me even though I uninstalled the app and I have no idea how to turn it off ! The process should be simpler as small business owner do not have time to deal with this.
Customer support is just awesome, wow really go above other apps I've tried for pre-orders, and this is exactly what I need with my business, no time wasted and fast response. Plus their systems work perfectly! Give it a try you won't regret it.

I spent almost 40 hours translating my store in June. I come back from vacation and all the translations are gone, and I see no way of getting them back. What a waste of time.
