Good, not great. There are some UX issues that make it occasionally buggy but the CS team is always very responsive and helpful.

Great app. Been using for six months or so with no issues. Very seamless integration, good customer support.
Great customer service and my team hasn't complained about any issues which means the app is doing what it's supposed to :)
