Super easy to use with INCREDIBLE customer support. Engin quickly answered my email and solved all my issues even though it was the middle of the night for me. This saves hours every week. Highly recommended!
Does not work as advertized. Removes variant images, not duplicate product collection images. runs several times to complete the task, using credits each time. waste of time and money

We’re truly sorry for the trouble caused. The earlier version of our app only checked for duplicate images without detecting whether an image was linked to a variant. We understand this caused problems, and the issue has already been fixed in the latest version. We’ve also tried reaching out to you — we’d love to help make sure everything is restored properly. If you see our message, please get back to us so we can sort it out together.
Short term review I have just implimented MooseDesk At first glance it appears to be feature rich and well customizable. Five stars for Thomas who spent over and hour with me getting everything set up and running smoothly

Great support, great app! I installed this yesterday afternoon and found I had it mostly running to my expectations within half an hour. When I noticed there was a free 30 minute onboarding call, I booked it and was surprised at how many time slots were available. Jolo provided excellent support thouought the call and fixed a few things and had a TON of great recommendations. He was friendly, professional and very efficient. Top notch experience.
Inflow does not sync well with shopify. Every product, order, customer or vendor change must be duplicated. Fulfillment sync is one way only Inflow creates tax adjustment lines to compensate for rounding errors, and these line items prevent the orders from fulfilling. Very little is automated, it creates more work than it saves.

Hi Coast Ropes and Rescue, Thanks for taking the time to send your feedback, and sorry your first experience wasn’t a great one. There is a new inFlow update that should reduce the need for duplicating changes—especially for products and stock levels. We suggest trying it out again if you haven’t done so already. As for your issue with tax adjustment lines: this may be something that the inFlow support team can help with. We suggest reaching out at this page: https://www.inflowinventory.com/contact-support
Truly a feature that should be built into Shopify. Map any field from any spreadsheet to update in Shopify. Particularly useful if you have several vendors and several price lists to maintain. Hours and hours saved.
I use this app to do commission reports and other custom reports that I can't pull from Shopify. The customer service is excellent. I reached out to request a field and John got back to me within a day with the added custom field which saved me hours of work. Definitely would recommend this app for more in-depth and custom reports.
Picking module is easy to use. Dashboard is missing picked/partial/unpicked status that makes this very time consuming to use. It would be much better if you could click through from a Shopify order page using the "More actions" button directly to the picking module. In the end I will have to uninstall as it does not integrate well with the shopify orders dashboard

Thank you for trying our picklist app and leaving a review. Our app can mark orders that are fully picked with a "Picked" tag. Look for this option when you click the "Finished" button. We are working on a feature to also mark partially picked orders. Once tagged, fully picked orders will show up in our order list and within Shopify orders with a "Picked" badge. Our app is already accessible from the Shopify Orders page via the "More actions" menu. Select one or more orders within Shopify, click more actions, and press "Create Pick List". This will take you to our order selection page and your selected orders will be checked. We will add more documentation so users are aware of all the apps features. I hope you will give our Pick List app another try. Please write us directly if you want us to add any new features or if you have any suggestions for improving our app. Thanks, picklist@brdatasolutions.com
Easy to use and syncs seamlessly with Shopify. Customer support is quick to respond. I would definitely recommend this app.
