Super fast support. Great app, highly recommended!
Great app, great service. I could easily add the app to my store and edit it accordingly. There was a glitch with the app appearing on the cart drawer, but the live chat support team accessed my store and sorted it out quickly. Much appreciated!
The app is incredibly intuitive and straightforward to use. The support team is outstanding; truly the best experience I’ve had with any Shopify app in my six years on the platform. They’re friendly, knowledgeable, and lightning-fast to respond. What’s more, they take the time to review your setup to ensure everything is fully optimised. Very impressive service all around!

The Okendo team have been supportive and have been able to provide super-fast support for a number of modifications to the customer-facing aspect of the app that I couldn't have made without them. Additionally, Josh from their team has been exceptional, facilitating the transfer of reviews from Wordpress to Shopify with as much smoothness as possible. My sincere thanks to them.
